How a visit works
Tap your problem here, or call or text us. Text is the fastest.
You get a text with your 3-hour arrival window (Eastern Time).
Our technician checks it and tells you the price before any work starts.
Done right, with a 3 to 6 month warranty on labor and a 12 to 24 month warranty on parts.
Yes. Always. We explain what we find and give you the price before any work begins. Nothing gets done without your okay, and you can say no — then you pay only the service call ($99 heating & cooling, $79 appliances).
Examples: no heat in cold weather, no cooling in a heat wave, water leaking from a system, or a refrigerator that has stopped and your food is at risk. If you’re unsure, call — we’ll tell you honestly whether it can wait for a standard visit.
Our work is backed by a 3 to 6 month warranty on labor and a 12 to 24 month warranty on replacement parts. The exact period varies by service and part and is stated on your quote or invoice. What the warranty covers, and what it does not, is explained in the Warranty section of our Terms.
