Yes. Always. We explain what we find and give you the price before any work begins. Nothing gets done without your okay, and you can say no — then you pay only the service call ($99 heating & cooling, $79 appliances).
What equipment do you service?
Residential gas and oil furnaces, straight-cool air conditioners, heat pumps and air handlers, plus major appliances: refrigerators and freezers, washers, dryers, ovens, ranges and cooktops, and dishwashers. We don’t service boilers, chillers, commercial systems, microwaves or small countertop appliances — residential customers only.
What are your hours?
We schedule visits Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday, 8 AM to 3 PM (Eastern Time). We are closed on Sunday. Emergency calls are answered 24/7: call or text us any time.
What warranty do you offer?
Our work is backed by a 3 to 6 month warranty on labor and a 12 to 24 month warranty on replacement parts. The exact period varies by service and part and is stated on your quote or invoice. What the warranty covers, and what it does not, is explained in the Warranty section of our Terms.
